Sarah

Rae, Jessica and Sarah all form part of the Revolution Collection that Joanna created in her final year at University. Revolution was inspired by lavish eighteenth century costume, in particular the flounced layers on bows and sleeves. Using richly coloured and embroidered fabrics echoing eighteenth century design, Joanna created modern, elegant and unique gowns focusing on the lines of the bodice and the stunning train at the back.

Sarah is simple in style, but the dramatic colour speaks volumes. The bodice is classic in shape, but the neckline scoops deeply at the back. The skirt is a simple fishtail, while the detachable train falls like a shimmering autumn waterfall, carefully designed to follow the shape of the skirt.
