to Order
If you decide
you would like to order a handmade tiara by Joanna’s Bridal
please either go to Etsy.com or send me an email
form stating the following:

your address, contact telephone no., email address if different
to the one used and date of your event.

Joanna’s
Bridal will then send an email back to you confirming your chosen
design and colours with a total price, inc. postage and packaging
and an estimated delivery. If you are happy with this you will
then need to send a cheque or postal order to the postal address
in the email for the full amount (we are unfortunately unable
to accept any other forms of payment at the moment). Please write
your name and address on the back of the cheque so we can cross
reference with the right order.
Please note that each tiara is made to order and work on your
tiara will not commence until the cheque has cleared. We recommend
that you allow 5 days for this and a further 3 weeks for your
order to be despatched as components may need to be ordered in.
Joanna’s Bridal will make every effort to complete your
order within this timescale and will endeavour to inform you if
we feel we may not be able to do this.
We recommend
that you do not place an order less than 4 weeks before your event
and suggest you allow at least 8 weeks in case any unforeseen
problems arise.
Please make
sure you have read and understood the disclaimer below before
you place an order with us. If you have any questions, please
contact us and we will make every effort to answer them to your
satisfaction.
Disclaimer
Joanna’s
Bridal very much hopes your tiara will be perfect for you, but
sometimes problems do arise and we make every effort to resolve
them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Joanna’s
Bridal takes no responsibility if the colours you have ordered
vary from those shown on the screen as it is impossible for us
to accurately portray these due to photographic quality and differences
in monitor settings. If you are in any doubt about colours, please
contact us before you place an order and we will send you a crystal/
pearl sample. Please do not order if you are unsure.
Joanna’s
Bridal makes every effort to accurately recreate your tiara to
the samples shown in the gallery, but please remember your tiara
will be individually made by hand and some of the designs have
a ‘random’ effect, which is part of their beauty.
Joanna’s Bridal takes no responsibility for such slight
differences.
If your tiara
is faulty or damaged in anyway, please contact us within 7 days
of the despatch date shown on your invoice and return it as soon
as possible unused, in its original packaging. We will then offer
a replacement or full refund (minus the shipment costs of you
returning the item to us). We recommend you get recorded and insured
delivery. If you receive your tiara with damaged packaging please
make sure the delivery driver notes this when you sign for it
and it may be best to contact us straight away, although we hope
the packaging will sufficiently protect your item. No returns
can be accepted if you have not contacted us within seven days
of the despatch of your item. Joanna’s Bridal reserves the
right to refuse a refund if we think the item has been used or
tampered with.
The tiaras
will fit most people and can be adjusted. To adjust the tiara,
simply bend it gently until it fits comfortably on the head. The
decorative beadwork can also be gently adjusted, but it is quite
delicate. Please check your item for faults before you do this
as we will class this as used.
Joanna’s
Bridal takes no responsibility if your order does not arrive in
time for your special event, providing it was despatched within
the time frame explained under ‘How to Order’. We
have no control over the delivery time and only offer it as a
guide in the order confirmation email based on Royal Mail. |
